Office Administrator

Accounting and Finance: -             Management of Cash Books following ACF rules and procedures; -             Handling advances and payment for all expenditures, ensuring collection and proper archiving of the documentation; -             Ensuring invoices and receipts are properly filled, translated and recorded; -             Elaborate bi-weekly expenses forecasts. Logistics:   -  Supporting all logistic arrangements for ACF expat and national staff (travel, accommodation, visa applications, etc.);    -      Manage and follow up of office supplies and equipments, stock and maintenance;    -      Follow-up of the procurement procedures and transports. Other: -             Typing of letters and other documents, including translation to and from Arabic when needed; Supporting in HR management if necessary (recruitment, contracts, archiving).
