The CRG coordinator is, together with the CRG Advisor, responsible for the proper implementation of the CRG Program and projects targeting civil society organizations in Lebanon. This includes budget as well as programmatic implementation and monitoring according to SCI standards.
The CRG coordinator has the following areas of responsibility:
Contribute to the development of the program’s annual work plan with realistic and achievable long-term goals and short-term objectives as well as the Annual Report; as well as budget development.
Follow up and report on objectives that are achieved, and on deviations from the Work Plan and budget.
Contribute to proposal writing and fundraising with potential donors.
Actively take part in developing projects’ plan and follow up on implementation.
Finalize contractual agreements between partners and consultants and SCI in line with SCI’ contractual requirements.
Follow up and monitor partners based on contractual agreements made with SCI through conducting field visits and attending project activities.
Indentify, contract and follow up with consultants on program specific components/activities.
Organize and contribute to program activities/events directly implemented by SCI (invitees, resource persons, logistics, etc…)
Follow up on reporting requirements by partners.
Contribute to advocacy and communication work.
Contribute to the institutional memory and the experience-sharing by reporting and feedback, innovating initiatives and by networking with other colleagues/regions.
Ensure that documents such as project memos, descriptions and agreements are developed and kept according to approved formats and SCI standard filing systems.
Support and stimulate teamwork within SCI’ Lebanon offices.
Contribute to co-ordination between the program areas to ensure maximum impact of the activities in SCI’ programs.
Contribute to promoting and actively supporting collaboration within International Save the Children Alliance whenever it is anticipated that joint efforts may lead to greater benefits for a bigger impact on children. Be open for collaboration in a constructive way without compromising the values and mandate of Save the Children Int.
Carry out additional tasks upon decision by the Country Director within the limits of the character of the post.
