                          Vacancies Announcement   Save the Children is the leading independent organization creating lasting change in the lives of children in need around the world. Save the Children has been operating in Lebanon since 1999 and is recognized for its commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration.  Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, CRC and Emergency Response throughout Lebanon.   Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following position, on 6 month contracts, for its Lebanon Country Office, Kubayyat field.   Animators: – 6 month position (Kubayyat Area): to prepare and conduct recreational, educational and psychosocial activities for children at the Child Friendly Space (CFS). They will ensure a strict adherence to the principles of Child Protection at all times. Job Requirements: Degree as an animator, social worker, teacher or kindergarten teacher or extensive work experience of working directly with children Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, and either English or French (desirable) Experience in conducting recreational and educational activities for children   APPLICATION PROCESS   Please note that the closing date for applications is Oct 9th.   The selection committee will review all applications as they are received.
