MISSION CONTEXT
Following the yearlong crisis in theSyrianArabRepublic, that has caused the displacement of civilians inTurkey,LebanonandJordan, Handicap International is implementing projects inLebanonandJordan, aiming at mitigating the impact of the crisis on the Syrian refugees and the host communities.
InLebanonas well as inJordan, Handicap International aims to improve the access to emergency rehabilitation cares for the Syrian refugees at hospital and community level and to improve the coverage of the specific needs of the most vulnerable people affected by the crisis at the community level. InLebanon, the targeted areas are the northernBekaaValleyandTripoli, whereas inJordan, the targeted area is the northern region closed to the boarder.

THE JOB
Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Coordinator and functional link to Administration Coordinator you will ensure the logistics support and the administration of the office and to the activities implemented in the Bekaa area.
Your tasks will inlcude (amongst others):
Logistic:
- Supply management: market check and follow-up, purchase management in link with Logistic Department inBeirutand according the HI rules, purchase and supplier follow-up.
- Stock management according the HI rules and in links with project team (tools and inventories).
- Transport & movement management: fleet and movements planning and follow-up
- Equipement management: proper use and maintenance, inventory and follow-up of equipement,
- Human Ressources management under your responsibility: team organisation, communication and follow-up
- To the request of the Logistics Coordinator, assistance with any other tasks: external contacts and coordination, situation follow-up, planning and organisation, reporting,
Administration and Finances:
- Petty cash management
- Computerize, on daily basis, cash expenditures on the cash book
- Carry out cash reconciliation
- Advance management
- Ensure the validity of the invoices (quality of invoices, validation, budget code and lines, translation)
- Treasurery forecast with the project manager
Human Ressources:
- Ensure the welcoming and induction of new staff and carrying out administrative briefings
- Follow up of personnal folder
- Follow up of leaves
- Attendance sheet
- Between management and employees by handling questions, clarification of policies, interpreting and administering contracts and helping solve work-related problems.
