Social Worker

Makhzoumi Foundation invites qualified candidates to submit applicants for the position of “Social Worker”. -Interview Refugees for assessment and assistance.-Identify vulnerable families or individuals whether to benefit from humanitarian assistance based on criteria of selection. -Counsel Refugees and prepare action plans.-Conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families.-Conduct working groups with women, men, youth and children.-Conduct related meetings/training.-Data Entry.-Answer emergency calls of refugees.-Prepare regular reports.-Organize and Prepare for Events. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-0 to 1 year experience work. -Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…) and internet.          -Native Arabic speaker and Fluent in English.-Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills.-Good communication and organizational skills.-Self-motivated and good team spirit. -Humanitarian work experience is highly recommended.
