1. Respond to all incoming calls from beneficiaries and take appropriate action
2. Schedule Registration appointments and counsel beneficiaries on registration schedules
3. Identify the needs of beneficiaries and refer them to the appropriate unit(s)
4. Maintain records and prepare reports on incoming calls and beneficiaries’ data;
5 Deliver information to beneficiaries in a timely and respectful manner;
6. Provide other units in the office with relevant information concerning individual cases as requested;
7. Draft routine correspondence relating to individual cases
8. Provide general secretarial support, maintain files
9. Ensure required quantities of office supplies are available
10. Perform other duties as required
