Assistant Head Of Project

Data collection, sensitization and selection on waste water project -          Participate in organizing the planning of surveys, need assessment, technical assessment and do the data analysis -          Participate in planning and conduct of social mobilization and sensitization; -          Conduct continuously a general and technical data collection regarding the project and the potentials beneficiaries in order to facilitate the beneficiaries selection and project implementation -          Adjust and improve the criteria of selection according to the project objectives, flexibility and reality on the field -          Conduct the beneficiaries and village identification and final selection -          organize and conduct of baseline survey and final survey and do the data analysis  -          To supervise and Monitor any level of the project implementation and ensure that it fit with results and indicators of the project -          To control, follow-up (and organised if necessary) the work done by the Partner; -          coordinate with the Partners to facilitate and ensure the good implementation of the activity planned (water tracking, water treatment, hygiene  kits distribution etc) -          Supervise and validate the quality and quantity of work done by any service partner and ensure that it respect ACF technical demand and chronogram -          Plan, organize and conduct regular field visit on autonomous basis regarding the project monitoring and follow-up planning -          To put in place a monitoring form and use it to work with beneficiaries on the record of data (yield, functioning, quality etc) Logistic -          Elaborate and follow the cost estimation as a management tool -          Prepare internal order form to be validate by the head of project -          To control and ensure that the materiel and equipment purchase and donated by ACF are fitting the technical requirement and used by the beneficiaries according to the project purpose. -          Coordinate with logistic about the safety of the materiel, equipment and kits until the are handed over to the beneficiaries -          Prepare the car planning weekly regarding the movement on field Capacity building and capitalisation on waste water management -          Plan, prepare and conduct the capacity building of beneficiaries through training session, external visit, supports documents etc -          Plan, prepare and conduct awareness campaign, sensitization and information through regular meeting in order to facilitate the acceptance and appropriateness of the project by beneficiaries -          Give technical support to household on implementation of water treatment at household level management (installation and use of kits, maintenance, quality check etc) -          To draft any administrative and technical document need for the best implementation of the project (Training form, monitoring form, assessment form, ToR, MoU etc,) if required by the HoP. Report -          Provide report on regular basis or punctually according to request of the HoP -          Report immediately to the HoP and coordinate with him to sort out any problem occurring during the problem implementation with beneficiaries, stakeholders or locals Authorities  -          Explain the activities and objectives of the project to the partners and the population; -          Develop contacts with community leaders and key people to promote the project ; -          Ensure that the messages given or received by the Head of Project  are transmitted clearly and correctly understood during any meeting with  Partner, stakeholders or beneficiaries; Act as a link between the Organization and the beneficiaries -          Work in integrated manner with the Logistics and Admin -          Make recommendations for the improvement of the project according to the results of the activities; -          Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule -          Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal -          This job description is not exhaustive and may be changed or amended by the Head of Project if necessary, according to needs
