Outreach Field Health Assistant -Tripoli

Work closely with the health      officer and assistant health officer Coordinating, monitoring and      evaluating the implementation of health activities and services at the     center , works as Focal point for IMC at the PHC centers in Tripoli Follow up vaccination and      reproductive health services at the PHC and mobile teams level Counseling and Case      management for at the PHCCs , design and ensure proper referral system for      existing services in the area whenever needed. Conduct outreach visits to      follow up on the medical and health needs of displaced population Conduct home visits and      hospital visits to follow up on the wellbeing of inpatients and proper      documentation and reporting. Organize and conduct mobile      medical teams to the areas where displaced reside upon need. Conduct health awareness      sessions. Archiving all the documents      relevant to the outreach mobile teams and PHC activities   Attend regular meetings in      main office qobayat Fulfilling any other relevant      duties requested by the medical consultant and health officer To be part of the emergency      medical team in case of emergency. Attend meeting at the main office in Qbayat Continuous Coordination with all relevant stakeholders specifically UNHCR, HRC  and the Ministry of Social Affairs Reporting: Reporting back verbally on      the progress of the work, to the health officer and Medical coordinator ,      as often as needed. Collecting weekly and monthly      reports from PHCCs Providing relevant input for      the monthly reports Qualifications & Experience: University degree; Preferably      nursing with experience in clinics and hospitals, public health , medical      social worker or any relevant degree. relevant work experience NGO experience Experience in emergency work      is a plus Required Skills: Flexible to adapt to the work      based on the need of the population Work      well in a team but has initiative, confidence and capacity to work alone. Strong communication skills Good computer skills      (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…) Self-motivation and strong      team spirit Well-developed organizational      and planning skills Ability to speak, read and      write Arabic and English Ability to work in      emergencies
