- Trains the small greenhouse on technical production, Good Agriculural practices & Integrated pest management
- Assists producers to seedling production activities, source accurate water, fertilizer, leaf analysis testing and correct management of fertilizers, irrigation sceduling, different harvesting and post harvesting activities
- Provides daily over sight on all hydroponically produced crops to insure maximized production and quality levels
- Responds to to ACDI/VOCA in coordination with the Safadi Foundation and will provide day to day technical interventions based on training and technical guidance from the greenhouse/hydroponics technical advisor who will lead the programmatic approach toward accomplishment of program results

Application Submission Guidelines
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the Agricultural field production
- Knowledge in crop scheduling, fertilization, irrigation, fertigation, GAP, IPM, harvesting, postharvest handling, cold chain controls and transport practices is a plus
- Good record keeping skills
- Excellent communuication skills
- Experience in working with producres groups
- excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independatly
- Good writing skills
- willing to work with a variety of different fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and acids
- Flexibility in working schedule a must
- Possession of a valid passport and be wiling to travel immediately
