This course introduces the key concept of social marketing and how it differentiates from traditional marketing by acquiring a deep foundation of technical knowledge and skills. It focuses on the basics of how to influence social behaviors with a professional marketing approach. Moreover, participants will gain a better understanding of the new trends, requirements and tools of the corporate responsibility and its sustainability while discussing the various aspects of the stakeholders and their needs.
