Call for Communication Agency - Tourathing

Search for Common Ground (Search), in partnership with NAHNOO, Arcenciel, and Biladi, are implementing a project entitled “Tourathing”. The project aims at working with youth from  Bikfaya, Beit Chabab, Salima, Sarafand, Tripoli, and Zahle to help them identify and promote existing cultural heritage in their areas.  

We are searching for…

A communication agency that will work on developing and implementing the project’s communication strategy over the duration of the project. The communication agency will be responsible for building the project’s brand identity and ensuring the successful communication, of Tourathing Project through the use of various tools.

Your contribution

The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a creative and innovative social media/communication strategy for the project over its duration (from February  2018 - September 2018) for maximum visibility and outreach possible;
  • Produce a series of a minimum of 10 short clips (animation; digital) for social media use
  • Develop a brand identity for the project (logo, brochure, roll-up banners, leaflets if needed, and other project promotional material…) including the printing.
  • Develop a short video (2 minutes maximum) interviewing volunteers and participants’ about their experience in the project.
  • Support in Identifying potential “celebrity or youth ambassadors” that can help promote the work of youth and the project;
  • Meet with the youth volunteers on a regular basis or as advised by Search to check for update and new content;
  • Media: assist Search with traditional media visibility and relations regarding the project
  • Develop a project website or other online digital platform to promote the project.
  • The public language of all communication material will be Arabic

You have…

  • Experience in communication management;
  • Experience in working with youth from different cultural backgrounds;
  • Public relations and media experience; networking
  • Ability to communicate and work in English and Arabic are mandatory;
  • Ability to produce written content for online and offline communications;
  • Ethical professional with due diligence given to the sensitivity of project materials;
  • Has the technical experience in the production and post-production of short videos
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
