Drive all vehicles of the Delegation except armored vehicles
Ensure the transport of staff members and visitors
Update and control data in Drivers application
Delivery/pick up of documents to/from the Protocol of Ministry of Foreign Affairs - follow up of pending requests at Protocol
Delivery of documents (visa requests, residence requests, etc.) to General Security of Ministry of Interior - Follow up of pending requests at General Security
Daily emptying of Delegation's PO Box
Daily courier to and from bank
Distribution of mail to Ministries and Embassies
Delivery of cheques related to invoices from Administration (phone and Electricity Company, municipality, etc.)
Delivery of payments and reimbursements from NSSF
Assist the Administration (tracking of assets)
Back up for the receptionist
Technical knowledge:
Professional experience: candidates should have proven experience in tasks described above at Areas of responsibilities/tasks, working within multicultural or international organizations, the private sector or governmental bodies;
Driving license for vehicles up to 3500 kg for minimum 5 years;
IT tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of EEAS applications is an asset.

The ideal candidate should be a multi-tasking person with a high level of responsibility and ability to take initiative;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with the ability to set priorities and a high level of consideration for the needs of colleagues;
Capacity to establish and maintain good interpersonal relations at work;
A sense of discretion, confidentiality and responsibility are important prerequisites for this post.
