Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
• Transport HFH ME local and expatriate staff in the course of their work connected with HFH ME projects
• Transport both people and goods in a safe and secure manner at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading of items into and out of vehicle.
• Responsible for weekly fueling and routine daily maintenance of the vehicles (battery, radiator, tires ….)
• Responsible for regular routine checking of vehicle (daily / weekly) and reporting to the line manager.
• Completing vehicle log book (fuel / spare parts / maintenance) and summarizing monthly totals in vehicle log book
• Keep vehicle clean
• Report accidents or damages of the vehicle to the Line Manager
• Available if necessary to work at weekends and at night (with appropriate compensation of days off)
• Committed to participate to any other work in order to achieve the work goal
• Be willing to learn HFH Procedures and abide by them internally and externally .
• Any other work duties assigned by the Line Manager /Senior Management Team

Qualifications :
• At least one year experience in driving with national or international NGOs,
• Good in English
• Computer literacy,
• Basic knowledge of IT simple tasks,
• Driving license
