Project Officer/Engineer (6 months - Tripoli)

MARCH is looking a full-time Project Officer/Engineer for a period of 6 months only to help in the implementation of a development project | Location: Tripoli

Qualifications and skills:
-  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture and/or construction or related area.
- Field experience of 3 years minimum with the focus on civil design and construction
- High proficiency with computers in particular MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad, MS Outlook.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages, both oral and written
- Previous experience in working with national/international NGOs is an advantage

Personal qualities:
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Exerts strict adherence to corporate rules, regulations and procedures.  Familiarity with the internal control framework and results-based management tools is a must.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for the quality of the outcome of his/her decisions
- Focuses on tasks/activities which have a strategic impact on programme and capacity development activities
- Plans, prioritizes, and delivers tasks on time
- Excellent communications skills
