Animation Designer

Terms of References

Oxfam is looking for a talented animation designer to create products for its upcoming campaign on rights.

Deliverables:

3 animated short movies (30-45 seconds; 1 main character and other secondary characters that would serve the purpose of the story)

1 poster (2 versions one in Arabic and one in English) 

Languages:

Arabic and English

Timeline:

Starting date - February 5

First draft - February 12

Second draft - February 14

Final round of comments - February 16

Final product to be delivered on February 19

Management of the consultant

The consultant will be contracted and managed by the Oxfam Lebanon Media and advocacy officer. The consultant is expected to be able to come to Oxfam’s office in Hamra, Beirut for meetings with the team.

Experience and skills

• Proven professional design track – Previous design of animated videos
• Good communication skills
• Ability and availability to work quickly with short turnaround

Language requirements

• Arabic
• English

Oxfam is seeking a freelance animation designer to undertake this project. Interested parties should submit fees, CVs and track of previous experience. Any application without a sample of previous work will not be considered.
