SUPERVISOR: Program Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall implementation of the finance functions of the office.
Accountabilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports on FPS programs in collaboration with Finance and Administrative Director and program staff.
- Report internally as per the finance department requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all accounting and financial records and routines, the timely submission of accounting documentation and reports to FPS headquarters, and follow-up of adjustments.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are in accordance with FPS and funding source requirements and local regulations
- Ensure allocation of costs across programs are in line with budgets and funding source requirements
- Supervision and mentoring of finance staff.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
- Creating/updating financial policies and procedures.
