World Vision Lebanon is looking for a short term consultant to provide staff-care, counseling and psychological support to all staff working in the ECCD and PSS project. The purpose is to conduct activities aiming at mitigating distress and enhancing resilience of staff in response to stressors encountered during delivering of ECE and PSS activities, which is a way of self-care for frontline workers who deal with vulnerable children having protection concerns and violations.
The Support group sessions will target 9 participants in South Lebanon- Bent Jbeil Area once per month on a Monday.
