سائق الشاحنة / Truck Driver / Beirut

Assignment:

The Truck Driver will work within the Programs Department to provide reliable and compliant support to the planned activities for a successful project outcome. The driver will provide safe, transport services as required by the project and ACTED safety rules by following the transport guidelines required by the ACTED transport department.

يعمل سائق الشاحنة الى توفيرالاعتمادات اللازمة المتوافق عليها و دعم الانشطة المعتزم القيام بها لاتمام المشروع بنجاح. يوفرالسائق جميع مقومات السلامة وخدمات النقل حسب ما ينص عليه المشروع و قواعد السلامة وذلك من خلال اتباع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالنقل وفق شروط منظمة أكتد

General Responsibilities / المسؤوليات العامة

Transportation / النقل

• Transport material from/to designated areas as required by the field staff

نقل المعدات من/الى مناطق معينة حسب التوجيهات الصادرة من الموظفين الميدانيين

• Drive an advertising Tuk-Tuk

قيادة آلية مخصصة للاعلانات

• Transport materials from project and/or suppliers as requested by logistics team;

نقل المواد من المشروع و/او الموردين حسب طلب قسم اللوجستي

• Ability and willingness to undertake frequent trips to and from the offices, including afternoon shifts if required

القدرة والاستعداد للقيام برحلات متكررة من و الى المكاتب,ضمن فترة بعد الظهر اذا لزم الامر

Safety Procedures  / اجراءات السلامة

• Respect Traffic laws and regulations;

احترام قوانين المرور وانظمته

• Make sure to carry mobile to be contacted while on Duty and off Duty for urgent matters;

التأكد من تشغيل  جهاز الخليوي اثناء الخدمة وضمان الاجازة للامور المستعجلة

• Make sure Logbooks are filled in correctly and signed for each trip;

التأكد من تسجيل البيانات والتواقيع المطلوبة بشكل صحيح في كل رحلة

• Ensure non ACTED staff sign disclaimers of responsibility before using the vehicle;

ضمان توقيع ورقة "برائة الذمة" من كل من هو غير موظف مع أكتد قبل استعمال الآلية

• Perform Daily Inspection according to ACTED Standards;
• فحص اليومي وفق معايير و اجراءات أكتد
• Follow Standard Operating procedures in case of accidents;

 اتباع الاجراءات الموحدة فى حالات الحوادث

• Daily checking on technical conditions of assigned vehicle

 الفحص اليومي ضمن الشروط التقنية المكلفة للآليات

• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicles;

الحفاظ على نظافة الآليات

• Inform line manager of any incident involving the transportation of goods.

تبليغ المدير التنفيذي عن أي حادث ينطوى على نقل البضائع.

Additional Responsibilities / مسؤوليات اضافية

• Assist in warehouse management;

المساعدة والتعاون في ادارة المستودع

• Participate in any necessary assistance requested by Line Manager.

المشاركة والمساعدة في أي طلب من قبل المدير التنفيذي

REQUIREMENTS / المتطلبات

• Valid Truck Driving license for at least one year;

رخصة قيادة الشاحنات صالحة لمدة سنة واحدة على الاقل

• Above 21 years of age;

العمر 21 سنة وما فوق

• Good knowledge of country roads;

المعرفة الجيدة لطرقات المدينة

• Minimum Experience 1 year in a similar position preferably in an NGO

خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في نفس المجال ويفضل أن تكون في منظمة غير حكومية

• Written and verbal fluency in Arabic, oral communication skills in English preferred;

يفضل اتقان اللغة العربية كتابة و شفهيا والتمتع بالمهارات التواصلية بالانكليزية
