Expert en pédagogie différenciée - Expert in differentiated instruction

Purpose of the consultancy

SDA seeks a trainer to design and deliver pedagogical training to teachers of non-vocational subjects (languages, mathematics and sciences) in differentiated instruction, in Beirut, Jounieh and Tripoli and provide a follow-up at schools.

At the end of the training, the teacher should be able to:

1. Adapt teaching strategies to the student’s needs while staying in a collective teaching approach and respecting the program
2. Vary the teaching material to better fit the student’s needs

Requirements

The Consultant/trainer should possess the following competencies, and experience:

• More than 5 years of teaching experience:
• Strong pedagogical expertise;
• Strong understanding of the technical schools’ context and the Industrial specialties;
• Previous experience in designing and conducting training;
• Patience and positive attitude is highly requested;
• Strong communication skills;
• Command of spoken and written Arabic, English and/or French

But de la prestation

SDA recherche un formateur pour créer et dispenser des formations pédagogiques  aux professeurs de matières générales sur le thème de la pédagogie différentiée (langues, mathématiques et sciences) dans 4 écoles à Beyrouth, Jounieh et Tripoli. Un suivi devra aussi être effectué afin de mesurer l’impact des formations.

À la fin de la formation, l’enseignant sera capable de :

1. Appliquer les techniques d’enseignement adaptées aux difficultés et besoins des élèves tout en restant dans une démarche d’enseignement collectif respectant le programme (activité de remédiation)
2. Varier les supports pédagogiques afin de mieux les adapter aux besoins des apprenants
