English Language trainer

Purpose of the consultancy

SDA seeks a trainer to design and deliver English language training to English teachers in Beirut, Jounieh and Tripoli and provide a follow-up at schools.

Content

  • English language training

At the end of the training, the teacher will be able to:

  1. Master the 4 competencies (speaking, writing, listening, reading) at the B2 level
  2. Teach with more confidence thanks to a better knowledge of the language

Requirements

The Consultant/trainer should possess the following competencies, and experience:

  • More than 5 years of teaching experience in English;
  • A strong expertise in the English as a Second Language instruction;
  • A strong understanding of the technical schools’ context and the Industrial specialties;
  • Previous experience in designing and conducting training;
  • Patience and positive attitude is highly requested;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Command of spoken and written English, French and Arabic are a plus.
