Communications Consultant

The objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance and advice to LTA on campaign finance monitoring to help advocate better reforms regulating campaign finance and promote more transparent practices by candidates and political parties through media.

III.                    SCOPE OF WORK

Develop a bi-weekly press release which includes a summary of the data/information collected internally and by observers;

Coordinate with Legal Advisor to verify all materials that will be issued to communicate to the public;

Develop any press statements required throughout the electoral period;

Assist in organizing the Press events to during the Campaign Finance Monitoring Process
