Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
2. Optimize LRC pages within each social media platform.
3. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
5. Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then act upon the information to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
7. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
8. Stay up to date with on-going trends and develop quick and attractive agile communication.
9. Prepare and implement an emergency response communication when needed.
10. Develop a crisis and reputation management strategy.
11. Liaise with digital agency for the creation of visuals and other campaign deliverables.
