Under the overall guidance of, and in coordination with, the Project Manager, Centre Manager and the Project team, the selected trainer(s) is required to design and deliver a training course on advocacy to 26 groups (each group 27 individuals), scope includes:
Develop a detailed implementation plan;
Prepare thorough training curricula on the training topic, covering 2 sessions on effective advocacy and leadership, together with supportive materials (power point, handouts, toolkits, case-studies, posters etc.) that will be used during the training and coaching activity;
Conduct the training sessions and using interactive tools to achieve the training objective; record beneficiaries attendance, and prepare Pre/ Post test form.
Mentor and support participants during the training sessions as well as provide support and guidance in the designing and implementation of advocacy campaigns that will be developed following the training;
Prepare and deliver a training report one week after the completion of training activity highlighting the training delivery process, results achieved, participants’ satisfaction with the trainer and training methodology, main conclusions and recommendations for future activities, etc.;
Determine the most effective delivery methods and applicable training instruments for the participant groups to achieve the training objective and measurable outcomes, including appropriate youth learning techniques (interactive approach, short lectures, group work discussions, case studies, etc.).
Support beneficiaries to develop, prepare and deliver 26 advocacy plans, through coaching sessions (2 session per group).
As a tangible result of the training course, SF expects that each participating trainee group will produce a brief advocacy plan on employment and economic rights.
As for the course language, the training course is to be delivered in Arabic, and the course materials are to be developed in both Arabic and English language.
Prior to the training course, SF will review the course material developed by the trainer and distribute it to trainees. All course materials developed within this scope are deemed SF property.

Eligibility
The Consultant/trainer should possess the following competencies, and experience:
More than 5 years of teaching experience;
Minimum 5 years of working experience with an NGO;
Strong pedagogical expertise;
Strong understanding of the technical schools’ context and the Industrial specialties;
Previous experience in designing and conducting training;
Patience and positive attitude is highly requested;
Strong communication skills;
Command of spoken and written Arabic, and English.
