The receptionist will perform the following tasks:
- Receive, screen, and assist visitors and persons of concern, and direct them to the appropriate staff member / Department / Office.
- Takes messages and provides general information, understanding the importance and the confidentiality of the issues treated.
- Manages appointments over the phone, and in person.
- Manages transportation fees.
- Perform the required data entry.
- Identifies and prioritize vulnerable cases.
- Acts as support to the security focal point.
- Insures the reception area and always presents a welcoming and professional image of the center.
- Maintains accurate and complete hard copy / data entry system records
- Performs any other necessary duties asked by the supervisor / senior management in order to meet the internal and external levels of the services presented at the center.
