The main responsibility of the post is to oversee the smooth operation of the management, finance and administration systems.
Specific tasks include the following:
- Preparing and monitoring weekly work plans of Namlieh kitchen crew
- Handling procurements
- Preparing offers, invoices and receipts
- Overseeing the good running of Namlieh administrative support service (accounting, cleaning, driving, etc,,)
- Looking after Namlieh equipments and assets
