The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Travel and Ticketing services". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh from March 26th, 2018.
Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Nayiri Karageuzian. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday till Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of two separate sealed envelope marked "Travel and Ticketing services – Technical Proposal and Travel and Ticketing services – Financial Proposal" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 PM on April 11, 2018.
No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
