Position Qualifications:
Education:
Eligible applicants must hold a Master’s degree in either business/public administration, psychology or a related field along with relative administrative experience.
Skills:
- Organized and professional
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and remain composed during crisis situations
- Research experience and knowledge of SPSS is a requirement***
- Fundraising experience is a plus
Language:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic and English
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Embrace LifeLine Project Related Duties:
- Ensure optimum operation of the call center of the helpline [daily basis]
- Develop and maintain schedules of helpline operators and follow up with volunteers for scheduling including logging in and out of operators [weekly basis]
- Meet and orient new volunteers at the call center of the helpline [quarterly]
- Assist helpline operators with set up and transfer at the start and end of shifts [daily basis]
- Maintain stock supplies at the call center, as needed [monthly basis]
- Communicate with suppliers including IT for software and hardware updates [monthly basis or upon need]
- Perform various administrative duties and other tasks, as assigned
- Assist in updating and maintaining the budget for operations [monthly basis]
- Assist helpline supervisor in interventions during high risk and emergency situations, when needed [upon need]
- Assist in organizing activities to enhance and maintain well-being of volunteers [monthly basis or upon need]
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures regularly [quarterly or upon need]
- Assist in implementing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan
- Communicate with outside agencies, including Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), police, civil defense, Red Cross, emergency service providers, or referral sources,
- Report concerns to the helpline supervisor
- Develop content for awareness session or trainings as needed
- Generally support and encourage operators in their work
- Maintain a supportive, clean, and organized work environment
B. Fundraising
- Identify and track relevant upcoming local and international funding opportunities
- Attend community events, meetings, or conferences to promote organizational goals or solicit donations or sponsorships
- Prepare and submit grants
- Contribute to the expansion of the organization
C. Research
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of ongoing research
- Write research proposals, draft scientific manuscripts
