• Primary Health Assessment for new comers to the center
• Administer Urine screening
• Manage doctors appointment
• Hotline management
• Follow with doctors the patients’ treatment
• Harm reduction counseling and education and VCT when needed
• Group health awareness sessions
• Develop educational health material
• Cooperation with doctors for relapse management and patient mental health
• Support his coworkers when they are under pressure or replace them when they are absent
• Respect patients’ confidentiality
• Referral to treatment centers, doctors and hospitals
• Follow up patient medical file and procedures
