This call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 8 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required per item or per lot with minimum 3 cars per month, including driver and fuel cost.
These calls for tenders will be conducted using SAWA standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: SAWA Office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck or send an email to tenders@sawagroup.org for receiving the tender documents.

All bids must be submitted no later than 27/04/2018 at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope.
SAWA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to SAWA.
A tender opening session will take place on April 28th 2018 in the SAWA office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck. Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to tenders@sawagroup.org indicating the reference of the tender until 25/04/2018 at 5:00 PM.
