Midterm Reflection Facilitator

We are searching for…

A consultant to facilitate a one-day reflection for a project entitled “Tourathing” to take place on May 8, 2018.

The project aims at building the skills of around 40 youth participants from 6 areas in Lebanon in mapping and promoting the cultural heritage in their respective areas. The main objective of the reflection day is to capture project’s successes, changes, challenges, gaps, and recommendations.

Your contribution

The roles and responsibilities will include:

Develop the methodology of the reflection day in collaboration with Search’s Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Regional Specialist; Search’s Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager as well as the implementing team of project;

Facilitate a one-day reflection session with Search’s project team, M&E teams and project partners based on the agreed upon methodology (date and place to be set by Search);

Capture the results of the reflection day by submitting a report based on Search’s template and requirements.

You are…

Search Lebanon seeks an experienced consultant with the following qualifications:

Excellent facilitation skills with a proven track record of facilitating dialogue processes;

Minimum of 5 years of related experience;

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and in English;

Excellent time management skills;

Excellent reporting skills;

Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation is preferable.
