Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Receive daily logbooks filled out by frontliners and enter data in a timely and accurate manner into spreadsheets.
- Communicate when required with frontliners, nurses at the field level and nurses or data entry staff at health centers to ensure accuracy of data provided.
- The Data Entry Officer will also be requested to enter any other data pertaining to the project as requested by the supervisors.
- Submit data to the field supervisors on a daily basis.
- Attend IOCC-related staff meeting when required
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry
- Fluency in reading/writing/speaking Arabic is necessary
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Strong social, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Team spirit
- Able to meet deadlines
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English
- Experience required:
