Data Entry Officer (Chouf, Metn, Jbeil)

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Receive daily logbooks filled out by frontliners and enter data in a timely and accurate manner into spreadsheets.
• Communicate when required with frontliners, nurses at the field level and nurses or data entry staff at health centers to ensure accuracy of data provided.
• The Data Entry Officer will also be requested to enter any other data pertaining to the project as requested by the supervisors.
• Submit data to the field supervisors on a daily basis.
• Attend IOCC-related staff meeting when required
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking Arabic is necessary
• Good public speaking and communication skills
• Strong social, interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Team spirit
• Able to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience required:

• Working from home and might conduct field visits when required.  
• Use of personal car
