- Develops business by gaining new contracts, analyzing problems and producing new solutions
- Sets sales target and ensure they are met by the sales team
- Strengthens leads with the sales team and develops a solid pipeline of activities
- Provides regular reporting and reviews with sales team and submit forecasts
- Produces regular and timely reports and statistics to drive business performance
- Follows up with customers and secure deals
- Manages CRM and resolve issues that may arise
- Ensures set productivity targets are met by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork
- Provides training to salesperson (consultant) on selling skills and product knowledge
