Quality Management Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting policies and procedures
• Developing business manuals and contribute to research
• Documenting workflows and results of business analysis
• Using data to provide effective management insight and identify efficiencies to improve processes

Requirements:            

• Bachelor degree (preference for Business/Public Administration)
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ISO certification is an asset
• Microsoft office (intermediate)
• Self-motivated, assertive, with a can do attitude and a focus on delivering high quality work
• Willingness to work independently with little intervention from management
