Tech & Analytics Officer

Main Accountabilities/Duties

Sales Coordination

• Manage and follow up on qualified leads/clients with nationwide coverage

• Manage project cycle from customer inquiries, building the workflow, identifying the workforce, quality assurance, and submission of deliverables within set timelines

Sales Execution

• Qualify client request considering the deliverables scope with factors of timing, budget, and job context

• Act as the quarterback that coordinates solution design, quotation and proposal development

PR

• Sustain long term strategic relationships with both public and private sector clients

Sales follow up

• Update and track all activities in the organisation’s CRM

• Follow up with the client for closing (winning) the deal (providing the client a win-win solution)

Enterprise Technology

• Support in designing, procuring and building BOT enterprise technology infrastructure including laptops, printers, connectivity

• Support in designing, procuring and building BOT enterprise application landscape including its financial, HR, and operational systems;

• Correspond with technology vendors as appropriate;

• Provide inventory support for all BOT technology assets;

Data analysis

• Identify, Evaluate, Design, Develop and Implement statistical analysis of gathered data to create analytic metrics and visualization dashboards for clients

• Design and implement operational data analytics infrastructure (database, programming language environment, cloud space for testing, development and production)

• Define Value added services for data management

• Design data validation automation and scripts

Project Delivery

• Support BOT operations / projects team in project delivery when design and build of technology applications are needed such as database management, online surveys, website development (optional), data analysis, / dashboard visualization (Microsoft Power BI), etc.

• Develop Data Validation techniques that enhance the quality of deliverables

• Plan, organize and independently carry out workload priorities to ensure smooth and timely coordination and production;

• Interact with clients, understand and collect requirements and successfully deliver projects

• Project manage successful delivery of projects within budget, on time and as per client requirements

• Manage pool of youths on project and conduct effective communication channels with youths

• Provide periodic status updates to Operations and Project Manager on projects and escalate on time if necessary
