Main tasks:
- Conduct research data collection with children aged 5-17 years old
- Home visits in Informal tented settlements for the purpose of data collection and interviews with children
- Prepare weekly schedules & coordinate with casual workers and field team in Bekaa
- Complete database
- Coach 1 casual workers
- Coordinate with World Vision’s ELA’s Research and Data Analyst at National office
- Coordinate with World Vision’s ELA’s coordinator and Bekaa accountability team
- Coordinate with Bekaa Livelihoods team
- If necessary, refer cases to CP technical unit
- Prepare weekly reports on work progress
- Ensure that protection principles are understood, maintained and enforced
Qualifications:
- BA in Social Work, Family counseling or psychology
- Excellent communication skills, team player, multi-task oriented and organized
- 1 to 2 years of experience in provision of Psychosocial support activities with children and caregivers
- Previous experience working in NGO’s or INGO’s
- Excellent knowledge of child protection and gender-based violence and Psychosocial support basic principles
- Good knowledge of child protection and Gendder-based violence case management
