Project Assistant (Emergency)

III. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the identification and prioritization of Social Stability and Livelihoods projects.
• Assist in conducting household visits in the field covering assessment phase, data entry, selection, and monitoring for the host and Syrian Displaced communities including municipalities, community representatives and youth.

• Assist in conducting Focus Group Discussions with host and refugee communities to identify common priorities for a particular area.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships and liaise with all stakeholders including local governments, Municipalities, UN agencies and NGOs at local level.

• Support in day to day monitoring of previous and ongoing Livelihoods and Community Support Projects activities and ensure timely and proper implementation.

• Inform communities of project value - both monetary and social impact- and provide regular updates on all expenditure on projects.

• Support in preparing work plans and report updates on progress of all projects on a regular basis and as needed.

• Assist in maintaining project administration systems for Livelihoods and social stability activities.

• Support in the distribution of shelter and winterization assistance when needed.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
