The program is seeking for the services of a consultant with background on Children rights and expertise in developing visual materials and animation videos to develop Child Friendly Visual Materials for the EPRCST project with Dar Al Amal. In coordination with the Humanitarian Program Officer, the consultant is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Conduct the necessary background review on the materials use by the team
- Develop a child friendly visual tools to be used for awareness sessions with children
- Introduce staff to the visual tools
The consultant will receive the content from Diakonia accompanied with the Child Safeguarding policy.
The consultant will work with the Humanitarian Program Officer and discuss the tool with partners in the field. The consultant will develop a workable timeline and work schedule in consultation with the Humanitarian Program Officer.
Qualification needs:
1. Knowledge in the designing animation videos
2. A professional portfolio.
3. Previous internship/work experience with NGOs is an added value
4. Excellent coordination and team work skills.

The consultant (s) shall submit their proposals clearly stating their interpretation of the Terms of Reference, clear work plan and a budget.
Each proposal should include the following:
- Updated CV.
- Technical and Finacial proposal on how they intend to carry out the assignment –
- A timetable that shows the number of days needed with activities
- A detailed budget of the project
