World Vision is seeking interested qualified Contractors experienced in Latrine construction for 3 related services:
1) Connecting the existing holding tanks for each 2 latrines to a new 2000 Liter tank; which should work as a decanting tank; and then connect the decanting tank to a new soakaway. This system should be constructed in areas of low water table as per attached file. Kindly find attached below BOQ for quoting as well.
2) Constructing a soakaway using a steel drum and connecting it to one existing latrine having a 1000 Liter holding tank. The system is to be constructed in the following areas as per attached file. Kindly find attached below BOQ for quoting as well.
3) Supply and Construct a PVC pipe network that collects the sewers of an average of 25 Latrines in one IS in addition to connecting it to two new 5500 L tanks and soakaway. The system is to be implemented in the following areas as per attached file. However, the priority is for Bar Elias and Dakwe areas (34 sites). The specific remaining sites will be determined later.

Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to LBN_Tenders@wvi.org (divided into 3 separate files)

Note that contractors can submit their prices for 1 BOQ , 2 BOQs or all 3 BOQs. It is not mandatory for 1 contractor to bid for/execute all 3 lots.
Failure to submit the tender according to the above instructions may result in rejection of the offers
