Trainer for communications and conflicts resolution

Number of days               : 3 days

Time per day                     : 8:30 – 14:00

Session                                : 1 hour &1/2 per session, they will divided on the three days and covering sub-topic related to communication

Method                               : participatory training

Number of participants : 15 participants from the training department  (high ranks – Majors, Captain and Lieutenants), they are experts in trainings, which we require to have an expert on the communication and conflicts resolution, once the selection is done, I can coordinate with the selected trainer to elaborate  the program of the training

Agenda                                : the draft agenda will be prepared with the selected trainer and divided tasks on internal trainers (myself and others depending on needs) and in close collaboration with the ISF training department.

Spoken language             : Arabic is a must
