Infographics Designer

The following task is part of ABAAD Resource Center for Gender Equality’s project on increasing
community outreach and advocacy using the findings of the International Men and
Gender Equality Survey (IMAGES) to promote non-traditional gender roles.

About the project:
ABAAD is increasing community outreach and advocacy using the findings of the
IMAGES study to promote non-traditional gender roles.
Under this assignment, ABAAD is seeking, on a one-time consultancy basis, a design
company or group to produce a series of infographics that highlight the results
of the study.

Duties and Responsibilities

-The consultant will be responsible
for producing 12 infographics that highlight different results of the IMAGES
study to be used on social media to promote non-traditional gender roles in
Lebanon.

- The consultant will be
responsible for ensuring with the ABAAD team that the messages chosen for the
infographics are in line with ABAAD’s theoretical framework and strategic
advocacy plan.

Deliverables
The
consultant will deliver the following:
-12 Finalized edited infographics on different results of IMAGES to ABAAD.

 The 12
infographics have to be finalized by October 5th, 2018.

           
Skills
required

The consultant applying to the assignment will be evaluated against the following
criteria: 

- Innovative/creative
approaches to carry out the assignment;
-Demonstrated experience and competency in conducting similar assignments;
-Experience in working with local and international organizations;
-Awareness of the requirements inherent to the work with and for NGOs and
donors, especially of donor demands and the necessity to provide them regularly
with updated briefs on the project’s progress;
- At least five years of working experience in graphic design;
- Excellent technical capacities to ensure smooth and high quality/high
definition production;
 Sensitization on gender and relevant fields;
- Ability to start immediately.
