6. CONTRACT

The
purpose of this tender is to rehabilitate the above mentioned collective
shelters and their common areas as part of the Wash/Shelter INTERSOS
activities in Mount Lebanon.

Tenderers have
the right to submit an offer for either one or more than one lot. However,
the tenderer who is pricing a lot must quote for all the sections (i.e.
collective shelters and common areas) related to this lot. Incomplete pricing
of a certain lot (i.e. pricing for all its sections) or inconsistent offers
will not be taken in consideration.

Mandatory
visits for all lots: 1,2,3,4, and 5, are held on the project’s sites on the
17th and 18th of September 2018 (check the schedule of
mandatory visit in article 2 (timetable) in 
the Instructions to Tenderers). If a tenderer will not attend, the
offer will be rejected during the administrative evaluation.

Intersos
reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the contract in case if
only one valid and compliant offer was received

7. EVALUATION CRITERTIA

Administrative, technical and economical.

8. AWARDING CRITERIA

The
work contract(s) will be awarded to the offer with the best quality-price
ratio among administratively compliant offers, based on the lot-by-lot
evaluation.

Each
lot will be independently evaluated and a contract will be awarded for each
lot.

Tenders
must be physically submitted to Intersos Office in Beirut (address shown
above) , sealed (glued), signed and stamped,maximum on the 24th of September, 2018 (before 12:00 PM of that day). Any tender received after this
deadline will not be considered.

The
tender’s public opening session shall take place on the 24th of September, 2018 at 12:30 PM.
