Project Assistant (Emergency)

Support the identification and prioritization of Social Stability and Livelihoods projects.

Assist in conducting household visits in the field covering assessment phase, data entry, selection, and monitoring for the host and Syrian Displaced communities including municipalities, community representatives and youth.

Assist in conducting Focus Group Discussions with host and refugee communities to identify common priorities for a particular area.

Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships and liaise with all stakeholders including local governments, Municipalities, UN agencies and NGOs at local level.

Support in day to day monitoring of previous and ongoing Livelihoods and Community Support Projects activities and ensure timely and proper implementation.

Inform communities of project value - both monetary and social impact- and provide regular updates on all expenditure on projects.

Support in preparing work plans and report updates on progress of all projects on a regular basis and as needed.

Assist in maintaining project administration systems for Livelihoods and social stability activities.

Support in the distribution of shelter and winterization assistance when needed.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
