Outreach Officer

Major Responsibilities:

Draft an outreach procedure
Mapout student refugees in Baalbeck
Conduct assessment, survey or outreach activities as required
Collect data and document them. 
Participate in the field work and respond to beneficiaries’ queries with good knowledge of relevant information
Support in the administrative work when required
Report daily, weekly, and monthly on outreach activities and results.

Required Personal Qualifications:

Strong capacity in collecting and sharing information, and keeping always relevant people informed
Experience in community mobilization
Ability to work under pressure
Team spirit and flexibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills and attention to details
Maintain professional integrity in the outreach activities
Good in written and spoken Arabic  and English
Ability to write briefs and reports.
