Caritas Lebanon invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement (s) for the supply of One Dental Chair for Caritas Medical Center Located in Lebanon.

- Bids should be submitted in English by a sealed envelope labeled with the ITB# and Reference#.
- Deadline to submit offers is 24 October 2018 at 11:00 am
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- All Annexes in the ITB should be properly filled, signed and stamped
- A site visit will be coordinated shortly this week
