IFRC would like to invite reputed, qualified suppliers and manufacturers, to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of HYGIENE PARCELS to IFRC/Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) operations in the Syrian Arab Republic, and other operations/missions/location if required.
