All bids must be submitted no later than 19/10/2018 (October, 19 2018) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
