Engineering Rehabilitation Services at the General Security premises

Caritas Lebanon invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a frame Agreement (s) for the provision of Engineering Rehabilitation Services at the General Security premises located in Beirut, Lebanon.

 

Offers should be submitted to the following address:

  • Bids should be submitted in English by a sealed envelope labeled with the RFP# and Reference#.
  • Deadline to submit offers is 05 December 2018 at 11:00 am
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
  • All Annexes in the RFP should be properly filled, signed and stamped
  • A site visit will be coordinated shortly this week

How to Apply

Your offer shall comprise one technical offer and one financial offer, both offers must be sealed in two separate envelopes which then should be sealed in a third envelope.

Offers not following this requirement may be disqualified.
