Expert Vocational Trainer-Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description:

• Attend trainings to acquire full knowledge about the designed and formal curriculum.
• Inspect the workshop where the training will take place.
• Help in outreaching beneficiaries to attend the mechanical maintenance training.
• Assess the competencies of the students and help them meet the required skills.
• Organize the training schedule along with other trainers to meet the curriculum’s timing for each activity.
• Supervise the materials and quantities to be used by each activity as per the curriculum.
• Deliver all subjects of the curriculum in a clear and professional way to the students as required in the curriculum.
• Help in evaluate the students throughout the training.
• Help the M&E team to monitor the training and the students’ follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Great Experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
• Good social and personal relationships.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good English technical words knowledge.
