Trainer of Trainers- Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description:

• Review the formal curriculum and have full knowledge and understanding about it
• Transfer her/his technical skills to the trainers
• Make sure that the trainers will acquire all the needed competencies to start transfering the information
• Report daily all details, challenges and suggestions during the ToT to the focal point of the organisation concerning the trainers, materials and classes
• Evaluate the trainers
• Narrate a final report on all the above.

Qualifications:

• Great Experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
• Good social and personal relationships.
• Good Communication skills.
• Have an Educational Background.
• Have good experience in ToTs.
• Good English technical words knowledge.
