Computer Teacher

Responsibilities of the job include:

  • Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons
  • Preparing teaching materials and relevant resources
  • Helping students improve their computer skills via group sessions
  • Checking and assessing students' work (via exams) and providing next-step feedback
  • Participating to the preparation and attending to events of the center
  • Ensures that the internet in the classroom is used only for appropriate educational purposes
  • Stays up-to-date on changes and advancements in computer technology taught in the classroom
  • Ensures that computer equipment is functioning properly
  • Identifies varying teaching methods that work best for students who learn differently
  • Open to work with any of the Curricula available at the Center

 

QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS

Profile required:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree/diploma in computer science, education or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of ICDL Teaching experience (certification of teaching is a plus)
  • Possession of the ICDL certificate
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
